Ice Cream Cakes

Our ice cream cakes start with fresh homemade ice cream. We make the ice cream base from scratch, turn it in-house, and then stack 2 layers of ice cream with a beautiful layer of chocolate cookie crumbs and fudge. Our cakes are 8" round. We offer cakes in 3 varieties currently but are willing to discuss new variations.  Please include the required date in the comments of your order. We request at least 2 week lead time. 

Oreo:

• 1 layer of chocolate ice cream
• 1 layer of chocolate fudge
• 1 layer of Oreo crumbs
• 1 layer of vanilla ice cream mixed with Oreo chunks
• Finished with vanilla whipped cream and Oreo pieces

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup

• 1 layer of chocolate ice cream
• 1 layer of peanut butter fudge
• 1 layer of chocolate cookie crumbs
• 1 layer of chocolate ice cream
• Finished with vanilla whipped cream and homemade peanut butter cups

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

• 1 layer of vanilla ice cream
• 1 layer of chocolate fudge
• 1 layer of chocolate cookie crumbs
• 1 layer of vanilla ice cream mixed with chocolate chip cookie dough crumbs
• Finished with vanilla whipped ice cream and chocolate chip cookie dough pieces
